We’re looking for an experienced, personable and motivated Permanent Part-Time Sales Consultant to join our beautiful Cairns showroom.

THE ROLE

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll play an important role in helping our customers create beautiful outdoor living spaces.

Your responsibilities will include

- Welcoming customers and providing a warm, personalised shopping experience.
- Understanding customer needs and confidently recommending suitable products.
- Building genuine relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.
- Proactively following up customer enquiries, quotes and sales opportunities.
- Working towards achievable individual and team sales targets.
- Maintaining our beautiful showroom and product displays.
- Supporting daily store operations and contributing to a positive team environment.

ABOUT YOU We’re looking for someone who brings confidence, professionalism and a positive attitude to everything they do.

You’ll ideally have

- Previous experience in retail, sales, furniture, homewares or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
- A natural ability to build trust and make customers feel comfortable.
- Confidence in recommending products and closing sales.

WORKING HOURS

This is a permanent part-time position with a regular roster that includes weekend shifts.

We’re looking for someone who can offer flexibility across our seven-day trading week and enjoys being part of a busy retail environment.
