As we continue to expand, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Casual Baristas to join our growing hospitality team at Saint Haven South Yarra.

We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals who take pride in crafting exceptional coffee, building genuine relationships and delivering an outstanding member experience.

The Role

As a Barista at Saint Haven, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our members. Beyond preparing exceptional coffee, you'll bring warmth, professionalism and attention to detail to every interaction.

Your responsibilities will include

- Preparing and serving consistently high-quality specialty coffees and beverages
- Delivering warm, attentive and skilled service to members and guests
- Building genuine relationships with members, remembering their preferences and anticipating their needs
- Maintaining impeccable presentation, cleanliness and organisation of the coffee and service areas
- Supporting the wider Front of House team with taking orders, food and beverage service and clearing tables
- Working collaboratively with the hospitality team to deliver a seamless six-star member experience




- Maintaining high standards of efficiency and service during busy periods

About You We are looking for experienced Baristas who are confident behind the coffee machine and genuinely enjoy creating exceptional hospitality experiences.

You will bring

- A minimum of 1.5–2 years' experience as a Barista
- Strong coffee knowledge and the ability to consistently prepare high-quality beverages
- Previous experience in premium cafés, restaurants, hotels or hospitality environments highly regarded
- A warm, polished and engaging personality
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining exceptional presentation standards
- A willingness to support Front of House operations when required
- Flexibility to work casual shifts, including weekends
