METFAB is a well established Company in the manufacturing industry and is currently seeking to fill the position of Fabricator/Sheetmetal Worker. We are seeking a proactive individual with the ability to work unsupervised. The pre-requisites of the role are as follows:
Essential Requirements:
- Must be able to Tig/Mig Weld
- Stainless Steel Fabrication required
- Ability to operate various machines including guillotine/press brake
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Light to heavy fabrication
- Ability to work flexible schedule (including some Saturdays)
- Ability to complete schedule work on time,
within planned hours whilst maintaining a high standard and quality of work
- Manage quality control of allocated jobs
The following skill set will further enhance your application:
- Fork Lift Licence (but not essential)
- White Card
- Car Licence essential
- Comprehensive understanding of the written and spoken English is essential
- Ability to start as soon as possible
About the position:
- Package negotiable and will be aligned with applicants experience
- Working hours - Monday to Friday - 7.00 am to 3.30 pm
