Cornucopia Consultancy is recruiting on behalf of one of our highest-performing teams, MPower Interactive, for Face-to-Face Fundraiser roles in Brisbane.

Since launching in Melbourne in 2024, MPower Interactive has expanded across Sydney, Brisbane, and the Sunshine Coast, earning a reputation for solid results, great culture, and rapid career growth. We're now looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join us as we work towards doubling in size by the end of the year.

About the Role

As a Face-to-Face Fundraiser, you'll engage directly with members of the public, inspiring them to support leading charities such as RSPCA and the Royal Flying Doctor Service through regular giving. This is an exciting opportunity with uncapped earning potential, ongoing training, and a genuine focus on progression.

What You'll Do

- Speak with the public about meaningful causes

- Build genuine connections and secure ongoing supporters

- Meet fundraising targets while maintaining high ethical standards

- Work collaboratively within a high-performing team

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and people skills

- Sales, fundraising, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred,



but not essential

- Positive attitude, resilience, and confidence

- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based rewards
