About the Role This position offers the opportunity to oversee a portfolio of large format retail assets and contribute to the delivery of efficient, safe, and sustainable building operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee programmed and reactive maintenance, compliance, and contractor performance.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure building systems operate effectively.
- Manage budgets, process invoices, and monitor Capex and Opex expenditure.
- Coordinate tenant and contractor communications.




- Support the delivery of sustainability and capital works projects.
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation, reports, and registers.
- Ensure all facilities meet health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, manuals, and building procedures.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

- 3+ years’ experience managing retail, industrial or commercial assets.
- Strong technical understanding of building systems and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Current WA “C” Class Driver’s Licence.
