Trustruct Structural Solutions is seeking a motivated and reliable Factory Hand to join our manufacturing team in Grass Valley/Northam. This is a excellent opportunity to work in the building and construction industry, producing high-quality formwork products in a supportive, family-owned business.

This role is primarily an afternoon shift position, with start times typically between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm and shifts of approximately 8 hours. Some flexibility in start times may be required.

You'll be working alongside a diverse and experienced team in a hands-on manufacturing role, with afternoon shifts, overtime opportunities, and room for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Afternoon shift with consistent hours

- Forklift operation

- Assisting with machine operation

- Board cutting

- Assembly of formwork products

- General factory and production duties

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A strong understanding of quality control practices
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Good communication skills

- Sound knowledge of safe work practices

- Availability to work afternoon shifts (typically commencing between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm)

- A positive, “can-do” attitude

Forklift experience is highly regarded but not essential.
