Currently Industrial 4PL have an prospect as a Warehouse FAK Administratorto support our day to day activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing administrative duties and entering SKU lines with locations
- Receiving orders electronically (through email or WMS software)
- Responding to customers via phone & email
- Assisting the warehouse supervisor with inbound request and dispatch fulfilment
- Scheduling delivery and pickup for warehouse movements
- Fulfilling admin & warehouse duties
- Checking through ICS for status
- Outturning items per consignee

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

- Experience in warehouse administrative duties is essential
- Computer literacy with the ability to adapt and learn in house WMS
- Exceptional and accurate data entry skills
- Transport planning background is advantageous
- Good organizational skills, keen attitude and reliable work ethic
- Works well in a team environment
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- ICS & Manifest Outturning
