FRUIT FARM PRODUCTION WORKER Key Responsibilities - Plant, cultivate, and maintain fruit crops to support healthy and productive growth.

- Prepare soil, planting areas, and farm workspaces for crop production.
- Prune, thin, and care for fruit trees and plants as required.
- Pick and harvest fruits carefully at the appropriate stage of maturity.
- Sort, grade, and pack harvested fruit according to quality and production standards.
- Load, move, and organise harvested produce, boxes, tools, and farm materials.
- Assist with irrigation, fertilising, weeding, and general farm maintenance activities.
- Operate basic farm tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Follow workplace health, safety, hygiene, and farm procedures.
- Work effectively outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Maintain clean, organised, and safe work areas.
- Identify and report damaged crops, equipment problems, hazards, or safety concerns to supervisors.




- Work cooperatively with supervisors and other farm workers to meet daily production targets.
- Perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to quality and safety.

- Reliable, hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
- Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to changing weather conditions.
- Ability to follow instructions and workplace procedures.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to handle produce carefully and maintain quality standards.
- Willingness to learn farm production methods, tools, and equipment.
- Previous agricultural or farm experience is an advantage but not essential.
