About the role

We're looking for an experienced, creative fashion designer who genuinely loves OTTWAY and connects with our aesthetic to help shape our future clothing collections, accessories and broader product range. Our founders will continue to lead the creative direction. You'll work closely with them, contributing original ideas, exploring possibilities and helping develop concepts into considered designs.

We're drawn to someone with their own creative perspective. Someone who finds inspiration beyond seasonal trends and can bring unexpected ideas that still feel like OTTWAY.

Pattern making, manufacturer liaison and production are already covered by our team. For this role, we’re looking for creative talent, original ideas and a robust connection with OTTWAY’s aesthetic.

Key responsibilities

- Bring fresh ideas to clothing collections, accessories and the broader OTTWAY range





- Develop digital mock-ups and visual concepts that communicate your ideas

- Find inspiration beyond fashion trends, whether through art, travel, music, vintage pieces or everyday life

- Work with our founders to refine concepts within OTTWAY's creative direction

- Contribute to collection planning and merchandising, considering how individual pieces work together across the range

About you

- Proven creative design experience in fashion, with a portfolio that shows your ideas and how you develop them
- A genuine love for OTTWAY and a natural connection with our vibe and aesthetic
- An independent creative point of view and the confidence to suggest something unexpected

- Someone who welcomes feedback, enjoys collaboration and can build on other people's ideas
