We’re Hiring – Female Disability Support Worker

About the role

We're looking for a patient, calm and reliable support worker to join a small, consistent team supporting a woman who lives at home with her family in Eaglehawk. She is friendly and enjoys TV and chatting with familiar people. She has autism and needs support throughout the day.

Consistency matters a lot to her. We want someone who can commit long-term and build a trusting relationship.

Support Hours:

- 6 hours per week
- Driver license is ESSENTIAL
- Location:- Eaglehawk, VIC 3556 (Only apply if you are closer to the area)

What you'll be doing

- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting clients with complex health needs
- Helping with household tasks and keeping a structured daily routine
- Community access, including the pharmacy, shopping, appointments and short recreational outings
- Transport to appointments and activities in your own vehicle

Mandatory Requirements:





- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Mandatory)
- Working with Children Check (Mandatory)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Mandatory)
- Relevant qualifications and certifications
- Current First Aid and CPR
- CV with 2 references
- Valid ABN
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (Mandatory)

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
