About Us
Nura Care is an NDIS registered provider delivering high-quality, person-centred disability supports across Brisbane and surrounding regions. The Role
The participant currently experiences severe bilateral lower limb and abdominal lymphoedema associated with Milroy’s Disease and has experienced significant functional decline. She is currently largely bed-bound and requires substantial assistance with personal care, positioning and mobility. Support workers will work as part of a structured team and must be able to follow clinical, manual handling, wound care, pressure care and allied health instructions precisely.
This role requires patience, dignity, strong communication and a high level of awareness of WHS and safe manual handling practices.

- Provide respectful personal care and intimate care
- Assist with bed bathing, dressing, grooming and hygiene
- Support continence care, including pad changes and bed-based toileting
- Assist with repositioning and pressure care
