Female Disability Support Worker – Yanchep, WA

Schedule: Morning and afternoon shifts, 7 days a week

Previous disability/NDIS support experience is highly regarded, particularly in supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), vision impairment and mental health conditions.

Beholdcare Services is seeking experienced, reliable and compassionate Female Disability Support Workers to provide ongoing support in Yanchep, WA.

We are looking for dedicated support workers who can provide consistent, person-centred care, assist with daily activities and promote independence and wellbeing.

Applicants must be comfortable working in a home with cats.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily living activities and personal routines
- Provide meal preparation and domestic assistance
- Assist with shopping, cleaning and laundry
- Provide transport and community access
- Support social activities and appointments
- Encourage independence and community participation
- Maintain accurate progress notes and shift documentation




- Provide reliable and consistent support

Requirements
- Female Support Workers only
- Previous disability or NDIS support experience
- Experience supporting individuals with ABI, vision impairment or mental health conditions is highly regarded
- Relevant qualification in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services or a related field
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle with current insurance
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009)
- Valid Australian working rights
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable around cats
- Reliable, punctual and committed to providing consistent support

Availability
- Morning and afternoon shifts
- Support required 7 days per week
- Approximately 7 hours of support daily, shared across suitable staff
- Applicants with regular and ongoing availability are encouraged to apply

Pay: $30.00 – $38.00 per hour
