Female Support Workers – Caboolture QLD | Immediate Start

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Female Disability Support Workers to provide mental health support to female participants. If you are a dedicated Support Worker looking to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide person-centred, recovery-oriented mental health support
- Support participants with complex behaviours and behaviours of concern
- Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and individual support plans
- Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and routines
- Support community access, appointments, and social participation
- Monitor wellbeing, manage risk, and follow NDIS practice standards
- Complete progress notes, incident reports, and documentation

Essential Requirements:





- Certificate III or higher in Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services
- Experience in mental health or psychosocial disability is highly preferred
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Robust communication and de-escalation skills
