The Role

Bullivants is looking for a reliable and motivated Field Service Technician to join our Gladstone based team in providing excellent service for our clients!

As a Field Service Technician, you'll work both from our Gladstone branch and on customer sites across the region, helping inspect, maintain and service lifting & height safety equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a large variety of industrial sites (from container ships to mine sites), has a willingness to learn and is interested in learning new equipment/technology!

The Responsibilities

- Installation, inspection, service and testing of lifting and safety equipment

- Support the installation and inspection of height safety systems

- Carry out maintenance and service work on customer equipment

- Build positive relationships with customers and provide exceptional service

- Use technology and digital systems to record inspections and service activities

- Travel to customer sites across the Gladstone region (most sites are within 90 minutes of the branch, with occasional longer trips)

- Maintain a strong commitment to health, safety and quality standards

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

- A positive, reliable and proactive approach to work
- A willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A current driver's licence

Industrial, manufacturing,



or mechanical will be highly regarded but is not essential for success in this role.
