Your new role

- Own the month-end close process across multiple entities, delivering accurate management accounts and consolidated reporting.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring a clean balance sheet and timely resolution of outstanding items.
- Provide insightful P&L; analysis and variance commentary to support decision-making across the business.
- Support audit, statutory reporting, tax compliance and trust account reconciliation activities.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and finance integration projects arising from business growth and acquisitions.

What you'll need to succeed

- CA/CPA qualified with 3+ years' experience in a Finance Manager, Senior Financial Accountant or similar role.




- Strong financial reporting and month-end experience within a multi-entity environment.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, changing business.
- Strong systems capability, with Xero experience and advanced Excel skills highly regarded.
- A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
