About the role

Working Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm, you will be responsible for a range of finance and administration functions across the business. This role would suit an experienced finance professional who enjoys working independently and is confident managing a broad range of day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions.

Key responsibilities

- Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions

- Accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Processing invoices and payments

- Bank reconciliations

- Credit card and expense reconciliations

- Payroll processing and related administration

- BAS and GST preparation support

- Maintaining accurate financial records

- Xero reporting and financial data management

- Assisting with month-end processes and financial reporting

About you

- Previous experience in a Finance Officer, Bookkeeper or similar accounting role





- Solid understanding of general accounting and bookkeeping principles

- Strong Xero experience across multiple functions

- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations

- Good understanding of GST and BAS requirements

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Robust organisational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

- High level of confidentiality and professionalism

- Good communication skills
