Seeking an experienced Financial Analyst who is eager to take the next step in their consultancy career. /n Financial Analyst Your new company /n Hays is partnering with a consultancy delivering critical projects across the Defence sector. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Financial Analysts to support a range of complex and high-profile programs.This role will suit finance professionals who enjoy working closely with project teams, providing commercial insight, financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and strategic advice within a fast-paced setting.

Your new role /n - Experience in financial analysis, management accounting or project finance

/n

- Strong budgeting, forecasting and analytical capabilities

/n

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

/n

- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills

/n

- Defence, Federal Government or consulting experience will be highly regarded

/n

- Preffered candidate will have a current NV1 security clearance

What you'll need to succeed /n

- Experience in financial analysis, management accounting or project finance
