HVAC Apprentice Wanted

MCM Air Services is a growing Sydney based HVAC company specialising in residential and commercial air conditioning.

We are looking for a motivated HVAC Apprentice to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is serious about building a long-term career in the HVAC industry and wants hands-on experience across a wide range of work.

You’ll work closely with the company director and gain practical experience across installation, servicing, maintenance and fault finding.

The Role

Your day-to-day work will include:

- Assisting with the installation of ducted, split-system and VRV/VRF air conditioning systems
- Assisting with servicing and maintenance of HVAC systems
- Learning fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Preparing tools, materials and job sites
- Working in residential and commercial properties
- Working in roof spaces and outdoors
- Travel to and from job sites, with the option to meet in the morning and travel to site in a company van
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Attending TAFE as required as part of your apprenticeship

- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Has good communication and teamwork skills




- Is comfortable working in roof spaces and outdoors
- Is motivated to develop their skills and build a long-term career in the trade

Requirements
- White Card – required
- Valid NSW Driver Licence provisional or above – required
- Currently enrolled in TAFE, or willing to enrol and complete the required training
- No previous HVAC experience is required for the right applicant — training will be provided
- Your own tools are not required – MCM Air Services will provide the tools and equipment needed for the job
- Steel-cap work boots are required
