About the Role

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated CNC Machinist to join our high-performing team. The position is full time permanent opportunity based in Bathurst NSW, with the minimum weekly hours to be 38 hrs and plenty of overtime available. All machining is for our own pumping products. Working closely with the Production Manager, your duties will include, but not limited to;

· Set up a safe operation and programming of CNC machines (Mori Seiki brand) and other precision machining equipment

· Machines include;

o Lathes & Mills o Manual machines

· Manufacturing pump shafts, Pump Wear Rings, Adaptors and many other miscellaneous pump parts to a high accuracy standard

Criteria

You will have the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team to develop pump components from concept to completion. You will be enthusiastic,



results driven can-do person ideally having experience within the mining or industrial space and wants to work for a family-owned market leading company. You will also possess;

· Relevant Trade Qualifications

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role

· Ability to read drawings: job specification / instructions.

· Past experience in the programming and operation of Mori Seiki CNC lathes (an advantage)

· Forklift License (An Advantage)

· Good computer skills
