This is an initial 8-week temporary assignment, with the potential for extension for the right candidate.

/n About the RoleAs a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing qualified and efficient support across a range of enquiries. Working within a collaborative and supportive team environment, you'll be responsible for delivering a high standard of service while ensuring customer needs are met in a timely and compliant manner.

/n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels

- Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently

- Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records

/n

- Investigating and following up on customer requests and applications

/n

- Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely outcomes

- Processing administrative tasks and customer documentation

/n

- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

- Delivering a positive customer experience at every interaction

/n About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:/n /n

- Previous customer service, contact centre or customer support experience

/n

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

/n

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

- A professional, empathetic and customer-focused approach

/n

- Experience within banking, insurance, superannuation, lending or broader financial services will be highly regarded

- Availability to commence immediately
