We're looking for a detail-oriented Fleet Scheduling Coordinator to join our national fleet operations team on a casual basis. In this role, you'll help coordinate vehicle movements across Australia, organise relocation drivers, and ensure our RV fleet is in the right place at the right time to support customer bookings and branch operations.

What You'll Do
Scheduling
- Coordinate vehicle movements across Australia
- Position vehicles strategically using data and operational insights
- Identify and load vehicle relocations into Motek
- Promote relocation opportunities to reservations and sales teams
- Assist with upgrade and downgrade decisions
- Arrange transport, drivers, ferries, accommodation and flights
Asset & Maintenance Support
- Track delivery updates and maintain scheduling accuracy
- Update vehicle availability and lifecycle changes
- Follow up workflows and escalate where required
- Support relocations, geofencing, stocktakes and daily scheduling activities
Administration
- Process invoices in D365
- Reconcile fuel cards
- Action driver payments
- Maintain special request logs
- Complete reporting and administrative tasks as required
Customer & Branch Support
- Assist branches with scheduling and vehicle availability queries
- Maintain accurate data within Motek
- Support walk-up bookings where possible
- Communicate booking impacts to reservations teams
- Manage no-shows and escalate incidents appropriately
What You'll Bring
Essential
- Current open driver's licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and public holidays
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Desirable
- Logistics, transport or business qualifications
- Experience in fleet, rental, tourism or logistics environments
- Knowledge of Motek and/or D365
