Anderson Tiling & Waterproofing is a small family-owned tiling business servicing residential and commercial projects in Far North Queensland. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality finishes and exceptional customer service to our clients. Due to growing demand, we’re looking for a skilled and reliable Floor and Wall Tiler to join our dynamic team.

The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Floor and Wall Tiler to work on a variety of projects, residential and some commercial tiling jobs. You’ll be responsible for preparing surfaces, laying tiles, grouting, and ensuring a flawless finish that meets our clients’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Measuring, setting out and cutting tiles to fit specific areas

- Preparing surfaces by leveling, cleaning, and applying adhesives

- Installing ceramic, porcelain, mosaic, or stone tiles on floors and walls

- Grouting and sealing tiles for durability and aesthetics

- Collaborating with clients, builders, and other tradespeople

- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment





What We’re Looking For:

- Trade qualification in Wall and Floor Tiling (Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling or equivalent)

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on tiling experience

- Own tools and reliable transport (preferred)

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card)

- ABN (if applying as a subcontractor)
