Flower & Foliage Processors Wanted

Cedar Hill Flowers & Foliage is a well-established supplier of premium Australian native flowers and foliage to both domestic and international florists. We are currently seeking reliable, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Processing Team.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys working with quality products and being part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

- Sorting, grading, and bunching flowers and foliage to quality standards
- Identifying and reporting quality concerns to the Processing Coordinator
- Completing production and inventory documentation accurately
- Packing orders according to customer requirements and dispatch schedules
- Labelling, taping, strapping, and preparing cartons for shipment
- Maintaining a clean, protected, and organised work area in accordance with workplace procedures

Hours of Work

- Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 3:00pm
- Friday: 6:00am – 10:00am

About You

- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Able to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
- A team player with good attention to detail
- Previous floristry, flower processing, horticulture, or packing experience is advantageous but not essential.
