We're looking for an experienced and inspiring Front of House Manager to lead our Gold Coast team. This is a unique opportunity to join Lune in a senior leadership role where you will shape the guest experience, build a high-performing team, and set the standard for excellence for our Pacific Fair guests..

You'll play a key role in bringing the Lune experience to life every day, leading with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail while fostering a positive and engaging environment for both guests and team members.

We believe in comprehensive training and development in order to maintain our standards and consistency across the brand. Please note, this training may take place in Brisbane and more details to be shared with progressed candidates.

What the roles involves:

- Leading, mentoring and inspiring our Front of House team in delivering warm and welcoming guest experiences




- Managing the day-to-day operations of the venue, including staffing, rostering and service delivery.
- Supporting team growth through coaching, training and ongoing development.
- Overseeing administrative, financial and operational requirements, including stock control, labour management and venue reporting.
- Ensuring the venue operates safely, efficiently and in line with company standards.

We’re looking for people who:

- Have 2+ years leadership experience in a similar role or high calibre venue
- Barista experience is desirable (but not essential)
- Bring resilience, accountability, confidence, and flexibility to their work
- Have robust communication and organisational skills and a motivation to drive their teams to success
- Lead by example with a calm, consistent approach
- Demonstrate a passion for pastry and align with Lune’s values of Growth, Pride, Positivity, Respect and Excellence
