Section Waiter — TOKI Bistro & Bar, North Sydney

Casual and part-time positions available

TOKI Bistro & Bar is seeking experienced Section Waiters to join our front-of-house team ahead of the busy season.

We are a hatted French-Asian restaurant in North Sydney, directly opposite Victoria Cross station. This is a hands-on section role working alongside a dedicated runner and the wider floor team, with a focus on polished service and guest experience.

About you

Experience in a quality or fine-dining restaurant, confident table service, and strong food and beverage knowledge. Wine knowledge and the ability to guide guests through the menu are highly valued. A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card is required, or the willingness to obtain one before commencing. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.

Hours





Casual and part time positions only. Evening and weekend availability is required. Part-time hours are set by written agreement; casual engagements are offered shift by shift.
