About the Position

Wests Mayfield currently has an exciting opportunity for a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Texas Bar-B-Q Grill, our vibrant Texan-inspired restaurant.

We're looking for a customer-focused team member who enjoys creating memorable dining experiences and delivering friendly, efficient service. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll help create the welcoming atmosphere that Texas Bar-B-Q Grill is known for.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Take food and beverage orders and answer menu-related questions
- Prepare and serve beverages
- Deliver food to tables efficiently and accurately
- Operate tills and handle cash transactions
- Clear tables and assist with cleaning duties

About You

You bring previous food and beverage or bar experience and a genuine passion for hospitality. You enjoy working with people, thrive in busy environments and take pride in delivering exceptional service to every guest.

You will also

- Have a positive, team-focused attitude
- Enjoy working in a high-volume hospitality environment




- Be available to work Friday nights and weekends
- Have reasonable availability Monday to Thursday
- Hold a current RSA

As part of our recruitment process, you'll be required to complete standard probity checks, including right-to-work verification, a Criminal History Check and reference checks. These checks will be facilitated and funded by The Wests Group.
