What You'll Be Doing

- Assisting across different Food & Beverage outlets within the Hotel as required
- A variety of AM and PM shifts
- Conference & Events shifts depending on business demand
- Opportunities for development and growth within the team

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a food and beverage, bar or hospitality role
- Conference & Events experience highly regarded
- A positive attitude and strong motivation to contribute to the team
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
- Flexible availability across evenings,
