Food & Beverage Supervisor - Breakfast, Banquets & Events

We're looking for an enthusiastic and hands-onFood & Beverage Supervisorto lead our Breakfast, Banquet and Events operations. This is an exciting chance for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating outstanding guest experiences.

With predominantly daytime hours and a strong focus on quality, this role offers an excellent work-life balance while allowing you to be part of some of our most memorable guest moments.

What You'll Be Doing

- Supervising daily breakfast service and ensuring a seamless guest experience
- Leading banquet and event operations including conferences, functions and special occasions
- Coaching, motivating and developing team members
- Maintaining high service, presentation and operational standards
- Assisting with rostering, stock control and service planning
- Building positive relationships with guests and clients
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, liquor licensing and workplace safety requirements

What We're Looking For

- Previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage
- Experience in hotel breakfast operations and/or banquets and events
- A passion for hospitality, quality food and exceptional guest service
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Confident leading a team during busy service periods while maintaining exceptional service standards




- Current RSA certification
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster
- Flexibility to work occasional evening shifts for large events and functions
