Forward Deployed Engineer | Enterprise AI Software | Sydney

Package: $200–250k base | + 20% bonus + equity + Health

We’re working with one of the most exciting Enterprise AI Unicorns in the market, backed by some of the biggest names in venture.

We are looking for a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work directly with major enterprise customers and help bring cutting-edge AI solutions from concept to production.

This is a highly hands-on role sitting at the intersection of engineering, AI and customer delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

- Work directly with enterprise customers from onboarding through integration and optimisation
- Build scalable features, MVPs and customer-specific solutions
- Develop AI/ML applications using LLMs, voice AI and transcription
- Build integrations across APIs and third-party systems
- Work across React, TypeScript, Node.js and Python
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success
- Own multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines





What they’re looking for:

- Background in FDE, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Consulting or AI
- Solid full-stack development experience
- React + TypeScript + Node.js
- Strong hands-on Python
- Experience building AI/ML applications
- Exposure to LLM prompting, model tuning or voice AI
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with enterprise customers
