Khanu PTY LTD Key responsibilities Read and interpret drawings, plans and specifications to determine dimensions, materials and carpentry requirements. Plan tasks, calculate material quantities and prepare the tools and equipment needed for each job. Measure, mark, cut and shape timber and other materials accurately to meet project specifications.

Construct, assemble and install frameworks, partitions, doors, window frames and other carpentry components. Inspect existing structures and fittings, carrying out repairs or replacing damaged components as required. Check levels, alignment, joints and finishes to ensure accurate installation and quality workmanship.

Work closely with supervisors and other trades to coordinate activities and meet project deadlines. Follow workplace health and safety procedures, use tools safely and maintain clean, organised work areas. What you’ll bring Certificate III in Carpentry or an equivalent relevant qualification.

At least 1 year of relevant carpentry experience.



Confidence interpreting plans and taking accurate measurements. Competence using carpentry tools and equipment. Reliability, attention to detail and a practical approach to solving problems.

A Construction White Card where required for site work.
