Help shape the financial future of a growing group!

We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded Fractional CFO to partner with our Group CEO and leadership teams across a growing portfolio of businesses.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically, get into the detail and make things happen.

You’ll have the opportunity to build structure, improve financial visibility and help shape the financial foundations for our next stage of growth.

The opportunity

You’ll provide senior financial leadership across multiple businesses, with a focus on:

- Financial strategy, planning and forecasting

- Group reporting, cash flow and financial performance

- Commercial insights and decision-making

- Financial governance, controls and risk

- Improving systems, processes and automation

- Building a scalable finance function across the group

- Partnering with the CEO and leadership teams on growth opportunities

This is a standalone, hands-on role. You’ll own the finance function and be comfortable doing the work, not just overseeing it.

There is scope to leverage one offshore finance resource where appropriate.

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring:

- Experience as a CFO, Finance Director or senior commercial finance leader

- CA, CPA or equivalent qualification

- Experience across multiple entities, business units or a group structure





- Strong commercial acumen and confidence partnering with CEOs and founders
- A track record of improving financial systems, reporting and processes
- A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to move between strategy and detail

- Experience with shared services, outsourced or offshore finance support would be highly regarded

- Experience across growing businesses, qualified services, healthcare or community services would be advantageous

- Strong experience working within the NDIS sector

Location: Penrith, NSW – office-based

Commitment: 3 days per week

Engagement: Part-time / fractional
