Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel is now open, and we are looking for an exceptional Front Office Night Supervisor to help shape how guests connect with this exciting destination.

This hotel will transform how visitors experience Mooloolaba. Positioned just 100 metres from its pristine beach, the hotel sits where surf breaks meet the buzzing esplanade. The design will seamlessly blend contemporary with coastal, the perfect backdrop for a beach escape with a side of adventure.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise Front Office operations overnight
- Support and coach the night team
- Manage guest arrivals, departures and requests
- Resolve guest concerns and operational issues
- Oversee night audit and daily reconciliation
- Maintain guest safety and hotel security procedures
- Complete overnight reporting and management handovers

What We're Looking For You’re someone who stays calm under pressure, enjoys taking ownership and knows how important the little details are in hospitality.

Previous hotel Front Office experience is essential. Supervisory experience is an advantage, but we’d also love to hear from experienced Guest Service Agents who are ready to take their first step into Front Office leadership.

You’ll need to be comfortable working independently, making decisions and working overnight shifts,



including weekends and public holidays.
