- 150-250 covers per service
- Multiple environments: private dining, bar, deck, and open kitchen counter

BABYMAMA - NOBBY BEACH

- Intimate Atmosphere: Warm, moody interiors with thoughtful lighting and design elements that invite conversation and connection
- Flexible Dining: Both bar and table service options that cater for all, from casual encounters to celebration dinners
- Curated Menu: A thoughtfully selected collection of Mamasan signatures alongside exclusive creations that can only be experienced at BabyMama

SECTION WAITER - Full-Time & Casual Positions at Mamasan & BabyMama

- Own your section across the full service - multiple covers,



tight timing, no gaps in guest experience
- Guide guests through the menu with genuine knowledge across food and beverage
- Upsell naturally and confidently - food, wine, and premium menu items
- Communicate clearly with kitchen, pass, bar, and management throughout service
- Handle guest feedback and special requests with composure and ownership
- Maintain allergen, food safety, and RSA compliance without exception

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years' section experience in a premium or high-volume venue (Bar experience highly regarded for BabyMama)
- Confident upseller with sound food and beverage knowledge
- Decisive under pressure, you solve problems without escalating everything
- Reliable, well-presented, and genuinely guest-focused
- Evenings and weekends essential
