Front of House Team Member

Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers – Maroochydore

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our team at Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers Maroochydore.

We are a busy Italian restaurant looking for someone who is confident with customers, works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a fast-paced team.

About the role

Approximately 25–30 hours per week are available, with mainly afternoon and evening shifts.

Typical shifts are around 3:30 pm – 9:30 pm, with weekday and weekend availability required.

Pay

- $33 per hour – weekdays
- $40 per hour – weekends

Responsibilities
- Providing friendly and qualified customer service
- Taking dine-in and takeaway orders
- Running food and drinks
- Using the POS system and processing payments
- Managing delivery and takeaway orders
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Keeping the front of house clean and organised
- Assisting the team during busy service periods




- Opening and closing duties

What we’re looking for

You should be

- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with customers
- Able to work efficiently during busy services
- A strong team player
- Clean and organised
- Available evenings and weekends
- Experienced in hospitality or customer service

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who wants consistent hours and can become a reliable long-term member of our team.
