Pay: [$26 – $37 per hour + super]

Schedule: Monday to Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings

About us The Yard Gym is a boutique strength and conditioning studio in Newstead. We're looking for a front of house person to look after our members on the PM shift.

The Role

You're the first face members see when they walk in. You'll make them feel welcome, keep the studio running smoothly and help turn trial visitors into members. You report to our Studio Manager.

What you'll do

- Greet members and trials and keep check-in running smoothly
- Handle bookings, payments and member questions
- Follow up new leads and trial bookings
- Keep the studio clean, stocked and ready for each class
- Complete the shift checklist and hand over to the morning team
- Help capture and post content for our social channels




- Flag members who've gone quiet so we can reach out early

You'll be excellent at this if you're

- Very organised and good at keeping on top of the details
- An excellent communicator, in person, over the phone and in writing
- Experienced in retail or a similar customer-facing role
- Confident on social media
- Reliable and easy to work with

Bonus: Certificate III in Fitness (preferred, not essential).
