Bather's Pavilion, located at Balmoral Beach just 20 minutes from the city, is looking for a full‑time Chef de Partie to join our lively, fast‑paced bistro. You’ll work across a range of sections that allow you to showcase your skills, technique, and passion for great food.

We create modern Mediterranean‑style dishes with a seasonal, produce‑driven menu. Our focus is straightforward: fantastic, delicious food cooked with equal parts passion and fun.
