We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Chef to lead the kitchen at our Barangaroo café in Sydney, New South Wales.

About the Roles:

This is a full-time role ideal for someone with strong leadership and culinary experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career.

What You’ll Do

- Plan menus and help manage food costs and quantities
- Prepare and cook dishes with precision and creativity
- Maintain high standards in food quality and presentation
- Train and support kitchen staff in prep, cooking, and food safety
- Oversee stock ordering and daily kitchen operations




- Collaborate on new dishes and improve existing menu items
- Work closely with front-of-house to ensure smooth service
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards

What We Expect:

Minimum 1 year of full time work years’ experience in a similar role and a relevant Diploma qualification

- Strong cooking skills and attention to detail
- Confident leader with great communication and team management abilities
- Passion for food, innovation, and working in a fast-paced café setting
- Food safety knowledge and kitchen compliance understanding
