We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Cook/ Chef De Partie who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in producing quality meals while maintaining the highest food safety and presentation standards.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for:

- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes across breakfast, lunch, dinner, functions and events
- Maintaining food quality, consistency and presentation standards
- Assisting with stock rotation, ordering and inventory control
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and WHS standards
- Working collaboratively with chefs and front-of-house teams
- Contributing to menu development and daily specials where appropriate
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Cook in a hotel, restaurant, café or hospitality environment
- Relevant culinary qualifications preferred
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements
- Ability to perform under pressure in a busy service environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
