About the Role

We’re excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a Packing Manager to join our Priceline Pharmacy Alice Springs team.

This is an important leadership role where you’ll help keep our packing operations running smoothly while supporting and guiding the team around you. Working closely with the Packing Pharmacist Manager, you’ll help coordinate the day-to-day workflow, maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance, and ensure our packing services are delivered efficiently and on time.

You don’t need to have previous pharmacy experience to be successful in this role. We’re willing to train and support the right person who demonstrates the right attitude, professionalism, communication skills and willingness to learn. With the right training and support, you’ll develop valuable knowledge and skills while taking on a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference to our patients and our team.

What You’ll Be Doing





You’ll play a key role in keeping the packing area organised, efficient and running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include supporting, training and guiding the packing team, helping create a positive and team-oriented environment where everyone can succeed.

You’ll oversee daily workflows and help ensure packing deadlines are consistently met, while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, compliance and quality.

You’ll also assist pharmacists within the packing area as required and, with training provided, prepare Dose Administration Aid (DAA) packs with a high level of care and precision.

Your role will also involve managing and maintaining patient DAA accounts, coordinating administrative tasks and external communications, ordering and receiving dispensary stock, and ensuring the dispensary remains clean, organised and compliant.

You’ll also coordinate deliveries and help ensure our services are delivered accurately and on time.

About You

You’ll be professional, reliable and organised, with strong communication skills and the confidence to work with a range of people. You’ll take pride in your work, pay attention to detail and be comfortable taking responsibility.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who is keen to learn, open to training and motivated to develop new skills. Pharmacy experience is highly regarded, but it is not essential. You may come from pharmacy,



administration, retail, healthcare, hospitality, customer service or another industry entirely. If you have transferable skills and the right attitude, we want to hear from you.

- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- The confidence to take responsibility and support a team
- Previous pharmacy, administration, retail, healthcare or customer service experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Certificate III in Community Pharmacy (Dispensary stream) or equivalent experience (highly regarded but not required)
- Previous dispensing or DAA packing experience (highly regarded but not required)
