About the role

You’ll work a range of functions in our space, from weddings to corporate events, milestone birthdays, engagements and celebrations of life. Each night is different, but the goal is always the same: make every guest feel looked after.

What you’ll do

- Deliver warm, attentive bar and table service across a variety of functions
- Serve plated, shared and canapé-style menus
- Prepare and serve beverages, including beer, wine, spirits
- Help with venue setup and pack down before and after events
- Work closely with the Events team and your fellow staff to keep the night running smoothly




- Make sure every guest has a outstanding experience from arrival to farewell

What we’re looking for

- Previous hospitality experience, ideally in functions, events or restaurants
- Confidence with bar service and the ability to step onto the floor and get stuck in
- A current QLD RSA (essential)
- A friendly, professional and positive attitude
- A good eye for detail and the ability to stay calm when it’s busy
- Reliability and availability for evenings and weekends, especially Fridays and Saturdays
- Well presented, with your own black service attire. We will provide an apron.

Pay: $29.00 – $39.00 per hour
