This is meaningful work, and we’re looking for someone who can build strong relationships, manage their own pipeline, and follow through with purpose and professionalism. /n /n What You’ll Be Doing: /n /n /n

- Connecting with individuals and businesses to sign up new long-term child sponsors

- Making calls, visiting businesses, building your own network—your approach, your plan

/n

- Managing your own schedule and prospecting strategy, with regular check-ins to HQ

/n

- Representing a cause that has a real and lasting impact

/n

- Being part of a supportive team who want to see you succeed

/n /n /n Who We’re Looking For: /n /n /n

- Based in the Gold Coast, with a reliable vehicle

/n

- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time

/n

- Confident generating your own leads and building relationships from scratch

/n

- Friendly, professional, and comfortable having meaningful conversations

/n

- Experience in fundraising or direct sales is a plus—but not essential

/n

- Someone who wants to earn well, do rewarding work, and grow with the role
