Redcape Hospitality is looking for a Gaming Attendant to join Hotel Elermore in Elermore Vale, Newcastle.

Gaming experience is preferred, but if you’re great with customers and keen to learn, we’d love to hear from you too.

What you’ll be doing

- Deliver attentive, personal service and build relationships with regulars
- Complete gaming transactions, payouts and cash handling accurately
- Monitor the gaming room and respond promptly to customer needs
- Follow responsible gambling procedures and stay alert to signs of harm
- Keep the gaming area clean, comfortable and well presented

What we’re looking for

- Gaming experience preferred, with hospitality and customer service backgrounds also welcomed
- A warm, skilled approach and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and confidence handling cash




- A reliable teammate who takes pride in great service
- Availability across weekdays, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Current NSW RSA and RCG competency credentials
