Garden Maintenance Team Member - Full time

- Location: Southern Sunshine Coast working mostly between Caloundra and Maroochydore
- Work Hours: Mon-Fri 7-3pm
- Only Australian citizens and permanent residents are eligible to apply for this position

Key role responsibilities

- Part of a 2 person team responsible for presenting the lawns and gardens across a number of residential units on the Southern Sunshine Coast.
- Talking with clients to provide great customer service
- All aspects of lawn and garden maintenance including mowing, hedging, pruning, planting, mulching, weed and pest spraying, fertilising
- Planning work and managing job sites
- Organising and managing equipment

2. You're passionate about presenting beautiful lawns and gardens

- You have to want to work outdoors doing this kind of work, and make things look nice

3. You have a drive to improve

- You are comfortable with continuous physical work, and enjoy learning current gardening skills

Skills and experience

- Previous garden maintenance experience is preferred, though not required if you can show you know what's required for landscape maintenance work
- A valid manual driver's licence is mandatory
- A personal vehicle is required
- Trailer driving experience is preferred but not required
- Fit and healthy - It is a physical job, there is lots of walking, lifting, and dealing with hot / wet weather and chemicals
