We manage high-quality grounds maintenance and sports turf services for private schools, commercial properties and retirement villages. Our clients choose us because they expect a job well done. We meet that standard by focusing on service excellence, smart teamwork and total professionalism.

We also believe in looking after our own. We offer a supportive, friendly work environment where the management team actually lends a hand , recognizes your hard work, and helps you grow your career.

About the Role

As our Gardener you will take ownership of your sites. You will work across several Brisbane locations throughout the week - in no more than 1 location each day to keep our clients' grounds looking sharp and well-managed.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be handling:

- Precision turf care: Operating zero-turn ride-on mowers, neat edging, and thorough blowing down.
- Garden upkeep: High-standard hedging, pruning, and detailed hand weeding.
- Property enhancements: Keeping gardens healthy, tidy, and looking their best.

What We Are Looking For We want someone who takes pride in turning up, doing an excellent job, and leading by example.

- Proven experience in commercial or large-scale landscape maintenance.
- Excellent hands-on skills with commercial tools (zero turns, hedgers and edgers).

- Knowledge Advantage: Being able to identify plants, weeds, trees, pests, and plant diseases is highly regarded.
- A valid manual driver’s licence.
- Relevant horticulture or landscaping qualifications are a big plus, but solid experience and a reliable, professional attitude are what count most.
- Current Blue Card (or ability to obtain).

What we offer We want reliable professionals, so we offer a reliable, high-quality package in return:

- True Work-Life Balance: Great working hours, no weekend rosters, and an early finish every single Friday.
- Stable Future: Permanent, full-time position with stable, year-round employment.
- Competitive Pay: Strong hourly rates based on your experience and qualifications.
- The Essentials: Company vehicle and equipment.
- Great Culture: A small, friendly, and supportive crew that enjoys the work and supports each other.
- Career Growth: Ongoing opportunities to step up as the business grows.
- Immediate Start: Available for the right person.
