About Royal Dental Care

Royal Dental Care is a growing dental group with 7 practices across Sydney, providing a comprehensive range of dental treatments, including:

- General dentistry
- Cosmetic dentistry
- Clear aligners and orthodontics
- Children’s dentistry
- Implant dentistry
- Wisdom tooth extractions

The Opportunity We are looking for General Dentists who are confident in providing high-quality general dental care and are interested in developing their skills across a broader range of treatments.

Position details:

- Locations: Narellan, Campbelltown and Liverpool
- Job type: Sub- contractor
- Availability: Minimum 3–4 days per week
- Weekend availability required
- Schedule: Approximately 8-hour shifts
- Remuneration: Commission-based
- Potential earnings: AU$300,000–AU$600,000 per year, depending on days worked, patient flow, treatment mix and individual performance
- Work location: In person

What We Are Looking For The successful candidates will:

- Have excellent communication and patient management skills
- Be confident in comprehensive treatment planning and case presentation
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to continually develop their clinical skills




- Be organised, proactive and solution-focused
- Be empathetic, professional and genuinely patient-focused
- Maintain a high standard of clinical care and professionalism
- Have experience or a strong interest in orthodontics and clear aligner treatment
- Work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical and support team

Essential Requirements
- Current unconditional AHPRA registration
- Dental qualification recognised by the Dental Board of Australia
- Current professional indemnity insurance
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a General Dentist
- Full Australian working rights
