About the role An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced General Insurance Broker to join the dynamic team at ARMA Insurance, located in our Gunnedah, NSW. As a full-time General Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored insurance solutions to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their unique insurance needs
- Sourcing, comparing and recommending the most suitable insurance policies and coverage
- Negotiating with insurance providers to secure the best possible terms and rates for clients
- Providing expert advice and support to clients throughout the insurance process
- Ensuring all client documentation and records are maintained accurately and up-to-date
- Identifying and capitalising on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Staying informed of industry trends, regulations and changes to provide clients with the most current information

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a General Insurance Broker or equivalent role in the insurance industry
- Solid understanding of general insurance products and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team workplace
- Relevant insurance qualifications or a willingness to obtain them
