$80,000 - $120,000 + super + up to $45,000 KPI bonus + commissions

We're looking for someone with the potential to become an exceptional General Manager.

We'll teach you how to run the business. You need to bring the ability, ambition and track record to grow into it.

The role

You'll work directly with the owners and eventually take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the business across Retail, Service, Workshop and Admin.

Your job is simple

- Grow the business
- Make the business more productive
- Build and lead a high-performing team
- Build systems that make the business easier to run

You'll have real authority to improve how we operate. That includes sales, profitability, recruitment, staff performance, processes, technology, automation and AI.

What we're looking for

We don't care about having the perfect CV or already holding a General Manager title.

We care whether you can show us that you've:





- Led people and maintained high standards
- Improved a business, team or department
- Built or improved systems and processes
- Used technology, automation or AI to make work more efficient
- Taken ownership and solved problems without waiting to be told what to do

Commercial, sales or operations experience is highly regarded.

$80k base - $120k + super

Up to $45k KPI bonus
