Yaunati is seeking a highly experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join an established civil construction contractor on a long term project in regional Western Australia.

This opportunity is suited to an experienced operator with a strong background in precision final trim, road construction and civil earthworks who can confidently operate a CAT 150 grader with GPS machine control.

The successful candidate will be expected to work independently, consistently achieve accurate levels and tolerances, and deliver high quality finishing works in accordance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a CAT 150 Motor Grader to undertake precision final trim works.
- Complete final trimming of road formations, pavements, subgrades and road base.
- Utilise GPS machine control systems to achieve accurate levels and design specifications.
- Interpret construction drawings, survey information and site levels.
- Carry out bulk and detailed grading works as required.
- Work closely with supervisors, surveyors and other plant operators to meet project requirements.
- Conduct daily pre-start inspections and maintain equipment to a high standard.
- Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 10 years' demonstrated grader operating experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience in precision final trim grading.
- Proven experience operating CAT 150 Motor Graders.




- Strong GPS machine control experience, including Trimble, Topcon or equivalent systems.
- Demonstrated experience across civil construction, roadworks, pavement construction and earthworks.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve tight tolerances.
- Sound understanding of survey levels, construction plans and specifications.
- Current driver's licence and Construction White Card.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, reliability and quality workmanship.

Please note: This position requires an experienced final trim specialist. Applicants whose experience is predominantly haul road maintenance or general grader operation without precision final trim experience will not be suitable.
