About the role.
Collins Coffee House is one of Melbournes finest high tea venues and has an opening for a level 1 kitchen attended grade 1
who wants to learn and grow with the business and looking for career development opportunities .
Applicant must be available weekends with working rights in Australia. This will not suit persons with working holiday visa.
Position would suit someone who is at college studying to be chef cert 3 or 4.
Must have experience working in professional kitchen .
Work eligibility
- candidate must be able to work permanently with no work restrictions.
- Hold a current health and hygiene certificate
- Must have experience working in a commercial kitchen
- must provide minimum of 2 different employer references.
Responsibilities
- General kitchen duties and Preparing food items.
- Maintaining health and hygiene requirements
- aasisting emlpyees who are cooking
- Assembly and preparations of ingredients for cooking
