Graduate Civil Engineer / Concrete Field Technician

About the role

K&H; Geotechnical Services is seeking motivated individuals for an immediate start as Field Technicians. While you will start on-site mastering the fundamentals of soil, aggregate and concrete testing, sampling, and quality control, this position features a structured pathway to step up into Management role and transition into executing complex Engineering Projects as you grow with the business.

Key responsibilities

- Conducting field testing and sampling of fresh concrete, soils and aggregates

- Performing general laboratory testing techniques, including coring and stripping of samples

- Completing accurate daily technical logs and test reports

- Ensuring proficient use and care of testing equipment and systems

- Strictly upholding safety, quality, and environmental site policies

About you

- A Degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)



is highly desirable, OR equivalent proven experience in materials testing
- A current Australian Driver's License and a valid Construction White Card

- Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening

- Strong engineering numeracy, sharp analytical skills, and excellent written/verbal communication
- A strong work ethic, personal maturity, and the drive to eventually manage teams and projects
